1. Agreement
By accessing or using Open Invoicer (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. The service
Open Invoicer provides tools for creating and managing invoices, products, reports, and optional integration features related to FBR digital invoicing workflows. Features may change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us of unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, or use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
5. Data & compliance
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, tax treatment, and compliance with FBR and other regulations. Integration with external systems (including FBR) depends on configuration, credentials, and third-party availability; we do not guarantee specific outcomes from those systems.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its branding, and underlying software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a licence to host and process it as needed to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
